Hi, i’m Georgia

I’m a personal trainer and qualified nutritionist known for delivering long- term body transformations through strength-led training and well-structured nutrition.

I work with people who want to improve their physique and lifestyle in a way that is considered and sustainable. My approach focuses on strength and body composition rather than extremes, combining progressive training with intelligent nutrition to build physical capability, confidence and visible change. The aim is not quick fixes but progress that holds up in everyday life.

I’ve worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist for over a decade, supporting clients both in person and online. My training includes strength and conditioning alongside specialist expertise in weight management and metabolic health. This allows me to approach the body as a complete system, where training, nutrition, lifestyle and recovery all influence how someone looks and feels.

My coaching is also shaped by lived experience. Having lost over 65 kilograms myself, I understand the realities of improving your health while balancing work, relationships and the demands of everyday life. That perspective influences how I guide people today, with a strong emphasis on consistency and an approach that can realistically be maintained.

Many of the people I work with lead busy professional lives and want clear guidance around training and nutrition. I also work discreetly with individuals who value privacy, including public figures and members of royal households- although the standard of the work remains the same regardless of who I support.

Alongside client work, my perspective on training, nutrition and body composition has been regularly featured in publications including Vogue, Women’s Health, Marie Claire, Telegraph, Apple News and Newsweek.

At the core of my work is a simple aim: helping people build stronger bodies and steadier habits so the results they achieve genuinely last.

    I offer one-to-one, strength-focused training designed to help you feel capable in your body and confident in how you move. Sessions are structured, progressive, and tailored to you- your experience, your goals, and how your body responds.

    This work is built around:

    • building strength safely and effectively

    • improving body composition

    • developing confidence in your body

    • establishing a routine that fits real life

    I work with a limited number of clients to keep the training focused, considered, and genuinely personal.

  • Training works best when it’s supported properly and nutrition coaching is also available as a standalone service.

    I provide clear, structured nutrition support and weight management guidance, either alongside personal training or on its own.

    My work is grounded in practical nutrition that supports strength, energy, and long-term progress, without rigid rules or unnecessary restriction.

    Alongside general weight management and body composition, I have experience supporting clients with:

    • blood sugar regulation and diabetes

    • digestive health, including IBS

    • hormonal health, including PCOS

    • fertility and pre-conception nutrition

    My approach to weight management is:

    • strength-led

    • structured, but flexible

    • focused on consistency rather than perfection

    This allows progress to continue even when life gets busy, without constant resets or extremes.

  • Virtual personal training offers the same one-to-one coaching as my in-person work, delivered live via Zoom.

    Sessions are structured, strength-focused, and fully coached in real time. You’re not following a plan on your own -you’re training with me, with guidance, feedback, and progression built into every session.

    Virtual personal training is ideal if you:

    • prefer to train from home or while travelling

    • want expert coaching without attending a gym

    • value real-time support and accountability

    • want consistency, wherever you are

    The focus remains exactly the same as my in-person work: building strength, improving body composition, and creating a routine that fits real life.
